Leah has been a lifelong resident of Santa Cruz County. Growing up in the Santa Cruz mountains and attending the local schools she was able to have a presence in both Santa Cruz and Silicon Valley. Leah started working in Real Estate at an early age as an after school job at her father’s Mortgage Company. While working under her father, she gained knowledge and insight into the real estate market, passing her Real Estate Exam in 2001. Since then Leah has worked in such capacities as a mortgage processor, agent, real estate coordinator and bookkeeper. Helping families, individuals, and investors secure financing. Understanding appraisals, credit, and title issues in order to complete the transaction.

In 2010, She began her career in property management, managing over 150 units and a multi million dollar real estate portfolio. Leah is a natural with people and loves helping families find housing, while understanding the needs of renters and property owners. After losing her father in 2021, Leah closed down the family business. She was so fortunate to find Distinct Property Management in 2023 to continue her career with.

In her spare time Leah is very active in attending live music concerts, local shows, and DJ’ing with her husband of 20 plus years. She loves animals and has six cats and one dog, and has been active in raising money for the local SPCA. After work she can be found at the beach or park playing ball and walking with her dog, Ruby.
