  • One-hour consultation for rental appropriate upgrades/unit prep recommendations
  • List property on Zillow, Apartments.com, Trulia, Craigslist, and Distinct’s website (includes pictures, detailed description and list of facts)
  • Screen phone calls and emails from prospective tenants
  • Schedule and conduct individual showings and open houses
  • Screening prospective tenants (credit history, rental history, income verification)
  • Prepare rental agreement
  • Lease negotiation and signing
  • Collect security deposit and first month’s rent (if required)
