Income can be verified in the form of W2, 2022 tax returns, two most recent paystubs, and/or offer letters for new hires in order to be considered. Bank statements and Venmo transactions are NOT considered income verification. Rental guarantees/co-signers may be considered if applicants have sufficient rental history.
