The home is in immediate proximity of the Seabright Beach and since this is an original cottage, there is no garage or off-street parking. The old storage shed in the backyard was just removed and a new one will be build in the near future, but no dates have been set yet.
The tenant pays for water, sewer, trash and PG&E. Small front yard to be maintained by tenant - it is low maintenance though. There is a small flower bed in the backyard where tenants can put some plants or vegetables in, if desired. Washer and dryer are being provided by the property owner, but not being maintained by them.
The unit is available for an early September moving date, the deposit is one month's rent. This property will not allow any pets. We require verifiable rental history, verifiable income and good credit history – no exceptions, no co-signers.
