Cell phone service can be spotty but Comcast/Xfinity is servicing the area and WiFi calling is an option.

Dogs are welcome with additional deposit and there is even a dog run behind the house.

The landlord requires verifiable income, excellent rental and credit history. Income can be verified in form of 2023 W2, 2022 tax returns, 2 most recent paystubs or offer letters for new hires are required in order to be considered. Bank statements and VenMo transactions are NOT considered income verification.
